How does the free trial work?
14 days, no credit card required. You get the full Basic plan — appointments, invoicing, customers, the lot. Cancel any time before day 14 and you're not charged.
Where is my salon's data stored?
On our production database hosted in South Africa. Each tenant is fully isolated — your customers, staff and appointments are never visible to another salon.
What does "bring your own AI key" mean?
Instead of us marking up AI usage, you plug in your own OpenAI or Azure OpenAI key. Features like smart replies and summaries use your key directly. Your key is encrypted at rest.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Month-to-month, no lock-in. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the next renewal.
Do you support South African Rand billing?
Yes — all pricing is in ZAR and invoices include VAT where applicable. Payment via local cards and EFT.
